Biography

Dennis Ossipov-Grodsky started his career as an Entrepreneur in post-Soviet Ukraine. He launched his first financial services company Ometa-Student in 1993. His second start-up was focused on importation of food products from Western Europe, and he became known as a Kings of Nuts for building one of the largest brands of nuts (direct competitor to Planters) in Ukraine - Chaka.

Dennis’ 2nd professional chapter as a Fortune 100 Brand Builder was launched after he immigrated to the US. Upon graduation from Georgetown University with MBA degree, he was recruited by Procter & Gamble marketing where he spent almost 9 years working on such brands as Tide, Ariel, Bonux, Dreft and P&G Professional. Dennis was leading Global Tide Franchise between 2007 and 2010 and, after relocating to Geneva, managed a laundry delivery business (a 4-brand portfolio, 18 countries) in Central Europe and Balkans.

After leaving P&G, Dennis became VP of Marketing for SodaStream in the US where we launched brand on Amazon, built the broadest distribution across all major retailers like Walmart, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Costco and many others, and worked with the global CMO on development of the Super Bowl commercial with Scarlett Johansson.

In 2014 Dennis met Gary Vaynerchuk, and that’s when the Digital Agency chapter of his career commenced. As SVP of Digital Strategy at VaynerMedia, Dennis was managing teams developing social media campaigns for such iconic brands as Mtn Dew, Quaker, AMP, Diet Pepsi, Starbucks Doubleshot, Pure Leaf, Ferrero, Johnson’s Baby, Acuvue, Snuggle and Sun

In the end of 2016 Dennis launched and became the Head of Vayner Solutions (later known as Vayner Mentors) - a consulting arm of VaynerMedia, serving such clients as Pfizer, Cabela’s, Emmi Roth, Horizon Global, Peloton, Henkel, and many others. New Consulting arm became a multi-million dollar business encompassing eCommerce, WebDev and Smart Technology groups.  

In 2018 Dennis left VaynerMedia to start Agile5 - a Growth Imple[M]entoring Group, focused on helping CEOs and C-Suite members unlock meaningful growth by levering Fortune 100 Strategy, Brand Building, Sales, Analytical, Operations, and Leadership fundamentals AND catalyzing them with the latest Digital Marketing and Innovation hacks from gurus like Gary Vaynerchuk.
